Why Use Synthetic Paper for Digital Imaging?

Synthetic paper products that have been traditionally used in offset printing to achieve cost effectiveness can now be used on your digital imaging equipment.  These materials are a viable choice for short run quality projects.  Synthetic paper products come in a variety to meet most any need.  Believe it or not, synthetic paper can actually be a price effective option  to the material you are using currently.

For example, let’s take a look at a comparison between our synthetic paper versus a magnet that is stuck onto a postcard.  As you know, your magnet only sticks to metal. There’s a good likelihood that refrigerator you were sticking the magnet to is now stainless-steel so the magnet doesn’t even stick to it.  Synthetic paper with repositionable adhesive won't only stick with stainless-steel, but also to your wooden cupboards, painted partitions, mirrors, and windows.  Some adhesives stick to virtually any floor and be moved again and again.
Synthetic paper is a superb alternative to vinyl wall graphics since it won’t stretch when removed from the wall. It will maintain its form even when reapplied over and over.

Synthetic paper is a unique because it has the positive traits of both polyester and paper.  It's water and tear resistant for excellent sturdiness. It also feeds, prints and finishes like paper does.  The silky clean surface gives lovely image fidelity and toner adhesion.  It's very stain resistant which makes it nice for menus, and can be washed and used repeatedly for placemat applications.

Compared to different polyester sheets, synthetic paper has just about no static build up to assure wonderful runnability on your manufacturing digital imaging equipment.  This is a function that can not be overstated. If you have ever tried to run a polyester sheet through your digital gear, you know that static is an inherent drawback with such a product.  However this is not the case with synthetic paper, as you will experience no static problems on the feeding or receiving ends of your equipment.

For identification badges, use a satin fabric coated in acetate.  This product has a detachable adhesive made particularly for apparel.  It's a great product for any high-quality name badge application.

Event passes, backstage passes, and safety passes will satisfy today’s enhanced security demands. They also give you the flexibility to print the exact number of required badges with information unique to your event.
Extra functions are carpet and furnishings sample labels and wine and beverage labels.

Synthetic paper title badges perform nicely during die slicing and punching. It is non-fraying, resists shrinking and curling, and is resistant to mildew and perspiration.

Imagine a cloth-like fabric with glorious smoothness that provides excellent picture constancy and toner adhesion.  That’s now a possibility with synthetic paper.

This product performs nicely during print finishing operations like die cutting, punching and grommeting.  It is non-fraying and highly resistant to shrinking and curling.  It also resists degradation from perspiration, rot, mildew, and moisture, so it’s great for out of doors applications.

Some unique applications this product has been used for are sewn in labels for mattress manufacturing companies and customized event pennants.

Rigid digital artificial paper is usually both tear resistant and waterproof, making it a fantastic selection for outdoor purposes that will probably be subjected to the hardest of situations, even in-floor applications such as plant stakes.

The easy printing surface yields outstanding picture constancy and toner adhesion.  So don’t be afraid of demanding graphics. Use Fusion Rigid Polyester when quality and sturdiness matter.

The rigidity makes synthetic paper an incredible choice for outside signs.  Now you have a product you can use for jobs that need to face up to out of doors without having to be laminated.

The possibilities with synthetic products are countless allowing you to take full benefit of your digital gear’s capabilities.  So unleash your creativity and maximize your digital potential with synthetic paper.

  1. I have been trying to use SYNTHETIC PAPERS (PET Based) for digital printing and find static to be a big issue. The paper after printing 'stick' to each other. Would you know of any possible solution to tackle this problem.
